Following a complex land assembly including land purchased from Glasgow City Council, we carried out this important retail development located just off Argyle Street to form (at the time) the largest Argos superstore in Scotland totaling 30,000 sq ft.

This part of the development was subsequently sold to Pillar Properties plc.

The remainder of the development was pre-let to Farmfoods and Millers Art Shop.
