27,000 sq ft open class one retail development

Aware of strong demand for open class one retail warehousing accommodation in Stirling due to tight planning control, we identified a suitable opportunity and assembled the site from a number of different ownerships.

Following a successful planning appeal, we secured consent for 27,000 sq ft of unrestricted open class one consent.

Due to the scarcity of supply, demand is extremely strong and we are in discussions with a number of quality open class one retailers for pre-lets of this space.

A site start is anticipated to take place in autumn 2008 with completion summer 2009.
