300,000 sq ft retail-led regeneration project

Major regeneration project with Phase 1 comprising 150,000 sq ft of food and non-food retail. This phase alone will have an end value in excess of £35 million.

Phase 2 will comprise another 150,000 sq ft of mixed-use including retail, leisure and residential.

We assembled this multi-ownership site over a number of years and have master-planned it to connect into the town centre. Planning permission has recently been secured for the first phase.

This development will act as the catalyst for the wider regeneration of the Edenderry area of Portadown.
