Having identified Kilbowie Park as a natural extension to Clydebank Town Centre, we purchased this site from Clydebank Football Club.

Following a major community consultation exercise, planning consent was secured for a 65,000 sq ft retail scheme including restaurants with an end value in excess of £13 million.
