100,000 sq ft retail park development

Following a complex land assembly, involving eight ownerships, we applied for Planning Permission for a 100,000 sq ft class 1 retail scheme.

In the face of stiff competition from competing sites in the town, we secured consent. The scheme was pre-let to tenants including Focus DIY, Comet, Halfords and Matalan and subsequently sold to Boots Properties.
