We purchased the 12 acre former Allied Distillery site in Dumbarton town centre and immediately entered into a back to back onward sale of six acres for residential development to Carvill Homes.

Outline planning consent has recently been secured for a 70,000 sq ft class one retail scheme on the remainder of the site.

The end scheme will have a value of circa £16 million.
