We secured this site for a 45,000 sq ft retail development together with 48 two-bedroom residential units having identified strong demand in this expanding Belfast suburb.

A planning application has been lodged and we will commence construction following approval.

As part of this project we are required to relocate an auction house and have subsequently agreed to purchase land in the Carryduff area for this purpose.
