Terms agreed with Wyevale for 100,000 sq ft Garden Centre

Although predominantly a leisure scheme (phase one developed by Vico, comprises a 11 screen Cineworld, Ice Arena for Dundee City Council, Hotel, Tavern and three restaurants) we have recently acquired phase two extending to 28 acres.

Terms have been agreed with Wyevale as a major anchor operator for phase 2.

Wyevale are Britain's biggest Garden Centre operator and this high profile site will be one of their first openings in Scotland providing over 100,000 sq ft of retail (indoor and outdoor garden sales).
