110,000 sq ft shopping centre development

Re-development and re-modelling of a late 1960's shopping centre in the centre of Dumbarton to provide over 110,000 sq ft of new retail and upper floor office space. Tenants include Peacocks, New Look and Bonmarché.

We purchased this as an investment and whilst retaining the existing income stream comprehensively refurbished and doubled the size of the existing centre. This was done in partnership with West Dunbartonshire Council and subsequently sold to a private investor for c. £ 4M.
