1M sq ft mixed-use city centre development

We have been involved in this project for a number of years assembling the land. Positive planning outcome is expected over the next few months.

This key development in the emerging St. James's Boulevard quarter of Newcastle comprises over 1M sq ft of mixed-use space over a number of spaces including residential, retail, office, hotel, student accommodation, restaurants, car parking and public open space.

The first phase will comprise a residential lead project totaling in excess of 300 apartments, 160 student beds and an element of ground floor retail space.
