£40 Million waterfront regeneration scheme

We acquired the 12 acre former Allied Distillery site in Dumbarton town centre and immediately entered into a back to back onward sale of six acres for residential development to Carvill Homes.

Outline planning consent has been secured for a 70,000 sq ft class one retail scheme, however, working closely with West Dumbartonshire Council it was felt that given the prominent waterfront location, a residential oriented scheme would fit more appropriately within the townscape. Consequently we submitted an outline application for 250 apartments and 11,000 sq ft of retail space which has been minded to grant pending approval by the Scottish Ministers.
