Major mixed-use strategic landholding

Vico form one of the four development companies in the Cupar North Partnership promoting the planned expansion of Cupar.

Cupar North is designated in the current Fife Structure Plan as a Strategic Development Area with an allocation for 1200 houses, a retail park, leisure facilities and associated commercial development.

A new Cupar Relief Road will be provided by the Cupar North Consortium as part of a range of measures designed to alleviate congestion problems existing in Cupar at the present time.

We control approximately one third of the land within the Consortium and are currently working closely with our development partners and Fife Council in preparation for the detailed master-planning and community consultation process to be undertaken over the next 12 months.

Cupar North provides a strategic long term and forward thinking solution to provide for Cupar's expansion over the next 20 years.
