Major city centre mixed-use development

We purchased this property which lies adjacent to the new rail and bus terminal, from Sunderland University.

We have recently received planning permission for a mixed-use development comprising 60 residential units, subsequently sold to Sunderland Housing Group, and 50 retirement home units sold to McCarthy & Stone.

We have also received planning permission for a 50,000 sq ft major office development (including Class 3 on the ground floor) unit and we are in discussions with several potential occupiers for all of this space.
