100,000 sq ft town centre retail and leisure development

The first phase of development comprised 35,000 sq ft of leisure space pre-let to Gala Bingo and JD Wetherspoon.

As part of the development agreement, we reconstructed a public car park, and carried out Public Realm Improvements in conjunction with Scottish Enterprise Ayrshire and East Ayrshire Council.

Phase 2 has now been developed as a Retail Scheme.
