Camperdown Leisure Park, Dundee

150,000 sq ft Leisure Park

We acquired the former Don & Low factory premises in a prominent location on the A90 Kingsway in Dundee. Planning consent was secured for a leisure park extending to 150,000 sq ft.

This £25 million park has now been developed out and was pre-let to Cineworld for an 11 screen cinema and a new ice arena for Dundee City Council. Other occupiers include Whitbread (Premier Travel Inn and tavern), McDonalds, KFC and Ashoka Shack.

We recently purchased the 28 acre site adjoining the leisure park for a phase 2 extension and entered into legals with Wyevale Garden Centres for a 100,000 sq ft Garden Centre, one of their first in Scotland. Discussions are ongoing with a number of other interested parties.
