This 6 acre site was acquired from North Lanarkshire Council on a subject to planning basis. Terms were agreed with Six Continents Retail for a 40 bed hotel and family restaurant.

A further restaurant extending to 6,000 sq ft has been developed and sold and the remaining 3.8 acre site has live planning applications for both a 25,000 sq ft neighbourhood retail scheme anchored by a Lidl supermarket and a 92 unit residential scheme.
