A joint venture development in Glasgow city centre, carried out with Guardian Royal Exchange properties. We created 30,000 sq ft of prime office space behind the listed façade and this was subsequently prelet to a variety of tenants on a floor by floor basis.

The development was subsequently retained by GRE Properties, our joint venture partner.
