We purchased this city centre site from Sunderland University. Given its location adjacent to the new rail and bus terminal it provides the best new build office opportunity in the centre of Sunderland.

We have recently obtained planning permission for a 45,000 sq ft office development together with Class 3 accommodation on the ground floor. We are currently in active discussions with a number of prospective occupiers for this space.

In addition we sold two separate plots for a total of a 100 unit residential scheme.
