Period office refurbishment

Following the acquisition of the former headquarters of The Scottish Friendly Society we carried out a substantial refurbishment of the 10,000 sq ft building.

This was then either let or sold to a variety of occupiers, one of the earliest examples of giving companies the opportunity to purchase their own office suites.
